SIGNA Real Estate Capital Partners was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of SIGNA Holding (formerly Immofina Holding), one of Austria´s leading real estate investors. Backed up by the know how and network of its parent company, SIGNA Real Estate Capital concentrates exclusively on the area of private equity real estate for both institutional and high-net-worth private investors.

The SIGNA Team has together over 100 years of relevant investment experience. The members of the team have appropriate experience in the areas of real estate development, finance and fund management.

The SIGNA Group and its Fund Managers have an excellent network and first class connections with such relevant market players as financing institutions, real estate developers and both commercial and political decision makers. These contacts make up the backbone of the SIGNA Group and enable us to find out about coming transactions before our competitors and to implement a swift and smooth investment process.

All strategic investment and exit decisions (acquisition policy and both the putting together and sale of the portfolios) are separated from day-to-day business and are the responsibility of a special investment committee.

Daily property management work - the target of which is the optimisation of the portfolio is carried out by our management company in close cooperation with well established local partners.
