SIGNA RECAP Holding AG specialises in the issuing of opportunistic private equity real estate investment products. The backbone of the company is provided by the competence of the parent company together with a far reaching European network. The principal aim is to offer premium private equity funds to institutional and high-net-worth private investors. A characteristic of all funds issued by SIGNA Real Estate Capital Partners is that both the SIGNA Group and the individual fund managers are obliged to make a significant investment of their own capital in each fund, as a means of guaranteeing that all share the same interest in the success of the fund.


The following products are currently being implemented:

• SIGNA Real Estate Capital Partners Development Fund I - an opportunity fund tailored for institutional investors with a focus on the financing of real estate projects in Austria and the CEE and SEE region
• SIGNA Real Estate Private Equity Dresden 01 Fund - which invests in residential real estate in Dresden, much like its predecessor:
• SIGNA Real Estate Capital Partners Berlin 01 which was sold with great success to the stock-market listed German Colonia Group in the third quarter of 2007.

In addition to the above the company offers individual services in the area of Real Estate Investment Banking.
